anyone know hat the guideline is for how much they should be having...nd I'm talking follow on milk, not cows milk

I was told by my HV 20oz still...this doesn't have to be only milk but also dairy...cheese,yogurt,milk in the cereal etc.

My little man has two 7oz bottles and has milk in his cereal plus yogurt, cheese etc during the day to make 20oz.

Its funny though because i was reading a annabel karmel book and she says 14oz?...

But i still follow the HV.

thanks it does, she still has 20oz or thereabouts, an I cant see her being happy about cutting down any time soon!!

I've always been of the philosophy she'll take what she wants/needs and thats fine, whether it goes along with allthe books or not, its just sometimes I panick!!!
