Im 10 days late, but clear ovulation and negative pregnancy test. did the preg tests day 4 and day 8. help!! normally my period is like clockwork every 28 days. off pill 2 months ago

How did you test for ovulation? If it’s just OPKs it could be that your body geared up to ovulate, so had an LH surge which showed positive on a test but didn’t actually release an egg. You may then have ovulated later in your cycle.
Hope your get answers soon, the limbo is frustrating!
