I had my baby 10 days ago and have found my bleeding to be pretty minimal, much less than I thought anyway! Yesterday I was having some cramps but I am breastfeeding so put it down to that. Today I noticed I am bleeding more than normal and it is back to bright red, it is not a lot but not sure whether it is normal as I am only 10 days pp so am sure I should still be bleeding!

I bled extremely heavily for the 1st week then it almost stopped then came back bright red and heavy.
Have u been doing more than usual? That makes u bleed more.

yup, when you do 'more' it makes the flow a bit redder and there can be more of it. nothing to worry about 
just as a heads up, first periods can be horrifically heavy. make sure you have loads of towels in ready.
