10 dpo sore nippies? bfn

Well today I am. 10 dpo and have slit sore nipples. Any other ladies have these symptoms at 10 dpo? When should I test? Tell me ur symptoms at 10 dpo, also i just took a dollar test and bfn?? is it still too early?? i never ever get sore nippies
