10 dpo spotting.. late implantation or early af!?

Hi ladies! Im new here thos os my first month ttc again. So I've had some really good symptoms so far or some terrible pms. Either way im so confused. I have never had am early AF and know for sure when I ovulated, the 24th of Dec. We bd 3 days leading up to o, and that day so I have a good chance I believe. I poas this am and it was bfn. This afternoon I had a bit of spotting and that was it. I've been slightly crampy since 7dpo and it continues today but nothing compared to my AF cramps. I read that hug doesn't start to flow until you implant, so if I barely implanted im not out right?! Or os this early AF! ? Ahhh any insight would be great. TIA!! Baby dust to all xxx
