It is a second, but i read the reviews and if you can get past a small blue dot on the diaper (hardly noticible, apparently), then you are getting one heck of a deal! The diaper is only $10! (normally $19.95) You can get free shipping and handling (at least in the U.S not sure in other countries) and enter the code "BESTDEAL" and get 5% off your purchase! These diapers do not come with inserts, but any prefold could be folded and used as an insert, or you can get them off the site for really cheap, and eBay sells them cheap too
