Im 10 weeks today and due 4/18/18 ive had a few miscarriages before this pregnancy and this is the first time ive Actually heard a heartbeat. First time was at 6 weeks 100 beats and again a week later at 7 weeks it went up to 133 beats. Im beyond grateful to see my lil embryo grow even in that small amout of time. Everything seems to be going right my hgc levels are on point last time we checked at 8 weeks 6 days. My doctor has been seeing me every week almost since i found out i was pg being that ive had m/cs in the past. I was seeing a fertility specialist to find out y i kept lossing the babies usually occuring before implantation. Anyway i have my first appt with my OB/gyn tmrw and im nervous. Constantly obsessing about my symptoms which are very present especially morning sickness. I just want everything to go right this time around is that too much to ask for??????? Has anyone had repeat losses and still manage to have a healthy pregnancy? Please share.

Jaz your concerns are valid. After loss(es) the innocence of pg is lost. There are many ladies on here that have had several losses and have gone on to have healthy babies. I am on pg 12 (2 live children) and totally empathize. I choose to embrace each pg and live the baby for as long as they choose to stay with me. I do have my moments of panic and stress. I acknowledged the fears, allow them a moment to be felt and then I push them away. I choose happiness and positivity.
If you need to talk you can pm me anytime.

Just wanted to say that I hope all goes well, Jaz. :hugs:

I completely understand.
I had this anxiety a little bit in my first pregnancy, which all went fine. A LOT in my second pregnancy, which I lost. And a LOT in this pregnancy, and everything is still okay. My point is nothing you worry about will stop anything from happen OR cause it to happen. I know that worry isn't rational or even conscious, and you can't just turn it off - all you can do is just ride it out. The weeks will tick by. Remember that it's natural to worry about your baby. Any time you feel it really taking over, distract yourself - the single best thing you can do to help anxiety is distraction, distraction, distraction. Stay as busy as you can. Hugs to you

That's understandable :hugs: I hope everything goes well :hugs:

just wanted to say that i hope everything goes well at your appointment and you can get some reassurance, will be thinking of you today!

Hi Jaz! We share a due date! I have also had a few losses (three total, two this year) and it's really hard NOT to worry. I think as you make your way into your second tri that should get a little better (especially since you had early losses). Hope all goes well and YAY for April babies! <3
