10 weeks PP- random light bleeds?

Okay so I stopped bleeding around 5/6 weeks PP. I had heavy bleeding from weeks 0-3 and spotting from 4-6. Recently over the last week or two I've been having bright blood when I wipe after peeing. Its only on the toliet paper.

I think its most noticeable after sex. It doesn't feel like a period. I've got no cramps or anything like that. But If I do crunches or anything, I am actually sore in my uterus area. But only when I am tensing that area.

Anyways, Anyone else have the same? I am only breast feeding and baby is still feeding around the clock. Although I know that may not mean anything.
