10dpo and dizzy

Hello. I am 10dpo and going crazy because I just want to know. I am dizzy, cramping, and I've had tinged discharge. Ive taken 4 test starting at 8dpo. 2 positive and 2 negative. Anyone have the same experience and got their BFP?
