10dpo BBT Spike?

I'm not in my TWW yet for this cycle, but I've been looking over my charts and I noticed that in the last 3 cycles I've had a BBT spike (to 36.7/36.8 range from an average post-O temp of 36.55). Every single time I've seen that and got all excited because I thought I wa going triphasic, but every single time it just goes down from there and 4 days later I'm 35.9-36.1 and AF arrives.

Does anyone else get something like this? Is this common?

I was coming on to say that I had that when I got pregnant, but it looks like you are not yet tic so I'm not sure. Didn't want to read and run!

My temps did go up and several do, it is hard to tell pregnancy just off of temps alone. I am sorry it gets your hopes up, just take comfort in the fact that you are regular, that is a big hurdle many struggle with. I hope you get your bfp soon.
