10dpo BFN- so disappointed :(

Not even a squinter, just a stark white negative on frer. I really thought implantation happened on Thursday because I was having hot flashes and cramping all day that felt like mild AF cramps. Just felt bleh overall like my period was coming that day.
Yesterday my breasts became sore & I had a white discharge in my underwear. Woke up super bloated, checked my cp and I could barely reach it but when I removed my finger it was covered in a milky white lotion looking cm. Honestly it almost looked like semen lol!
DH's face visibly fell when I told him, he was sending me nursery ideas/pics yesterday with my mmc I got a bfp at 10dpo. Does this mean Im out? All I have left is a digi test. When can I test again? Af is due Thurs...

Don't lose hope yet... I'm 10 dpo too, and this is why I am not testing yet. I read that actually only like 35% of pregnant people get their BFPs at 10 dpo. It's just that people write about it more on these forums when they get an early BFP, so it seems like everyone gets them by 8-10 dpo... in reality something like 85% will get BFPs at 14 dpo! That's still leaving a lot of room for late BFPs. So don't lose hope. I'm trying super hard this cycle to wait and see if I miss my period. The emotional roller coaster of guessing, squinting, hoping, all that... not worth it (unless medically necessary to know early). Good luck! I hope this ends up being a happy updated BFP thread!

Well, I had the MMC last time so my doc wanted to start me on progesterone early as a precaution. But from what I have read a MMC is more caused by something to do with the baby (chromosomal defect, etc) than with your ability to maintain a pregnancy (waited over a month to miscarry naturally, never spotted so needed d&c).

I'm sorry about your MMC. Since the doc wants to be on the safe side, if I were you, I would go out and buy either WalMart 88c tests or dollar store tests, just to have something to pee on either every day, or every other day, until your period is due. I would not recommend using that digital until you get a line on a cheaper test. Personally, I am never going to use a digital, because they aren't as sensitive and in early pregnancy they seem to be a cause of confusion since a line test can pick it up before a digi. I have my FX for you!!

Thank you so much! Now that I think of it I used the digi last time only to confirm the faint faint faint line on frer at 10dpo. I remember I had to break open the test and hold it to the light to see it at all lol. Do you think cheapy tests will be as effective before I miss my period? Wish frer wasnt so dang expensive! And wish digis were more sensitive because its so awesome seeing it actually say pregnant! Bfn on those are a real slap in the face though!

I hear ya! I'm more afraid of seeing the words "Not pregnant" than seeing no lines! Since you had a super squinter at 10 dpo last time, I would say you really shouldn't worry. I know the cheapie tests work differently for everyone, but if you have a really good eye, I think it would show something... I read that they are similar sensitivity to FRER, but the line isn't as dark so people have a harder time reading them. Or you could just wait until AF is due and take another FRER My goal is to wait until Friday (AF due Thurs), and DH and I are going to take a test together on Friday morning if no AF. This is the first time we are doing it this way (I usually test alone, and often), so I'm hoping we get a really clear BFP! Truthfully though I don't feel pregnant at all, I just feel the same way I always feel during the 2ww... except more relaxed because I'm not testing every day anymore. If I really had words of wisdom for anyone, it would be to distract yourself until your AF due date and then pee on lots of sticks. But I know that is unrealistic for those of us on this site

Bfn again today. Boo. I really thought I was too because yesterday I had large amounts of the white lotion-y cm. I also randomly had a very sore throat that lasted for a few hours. I was so tired at 5oclock I almost fell asleep but didnt sleep a wink last night! I guess Im making it all up in my head.

If it makes you feel any better, I caved and tested today with FRER and BFN. It's also 11 dpo for me. I ALSO had a sore throat yesterday, lots of creamy CM (not that unusual tho) and feeling tired. And most of all I'm just pissy because I feel like my period will come and this is all so frustrating!! Can't say I'm helping you feel any better but... at least you know you're not alone? Still a glimmer of hope, just keep hanging in there...

Ok so I decided to check my cervix and it still was hard to reach. When I pulled my finger out it was covered with the same white cm as before but with the tiniest little dots of brown. Like little pinpricks they were so small. I did the "qtip test" very gently (didnt put in too far) and it was covered in what is either a very light brown or very light pink mucus (honestly cant tell because it is so pale). I dont have cramps or anything just a splitting headache but I slept horribly last night so that could be why. Should I assume I am out this month and AF is starting today instead if Thursday?

My cervix always seems almost impossible to reach, even the day of AF. It does kinda sound like AF is on the way, maybe not quite starting today, but for me I usually get that light brown CM the day before AF. Everyone is different though and it sucks, but you just have to wait and see! One of these months, we will be fooled, and right when we think AF is coming, it will be a BFP instead. That's what I'm hoping at least

Haha yep. I dont have experience with spotting. I dont have it with af or with mmc. Usually when AF comes its just...everywhere. Lol. Either I wake up a mess or it I feel it falling/squirting out (like a lot). Have ruined many underwear and pants lol! So Im confused. Gahh.

I guess I will assume it is AF starting to avoid disappointment. God has his reasons even if I dont understand them! Just have to put my faith in Him. No sense driving myself crazy.
