Most women I know of say that they don't have any symptoms of pregnancy at 11DPO, and that is the cycle they get their BFP. And on every other one of their cycles they had tons of symptoms!! Go figure.
I can't quite remember every pregnancy, but with Devon, I didn't have anything happening symptom wise. I remember vividly that I had check my cervical position, and it seemed quite low, and I had very bad period cramps, and diarhea (which is normal for me pre AF), and I honestly thought my period was coming. Basically I didn't have any classic pregnancy symptoms, but what I did have was classic, and quite bad, period symptoms. I also felt immense pressure, like I was going to start bleeding any minute, which I was expecting, so it didn't worry me.
When I was 4 days late, I finally tested, but was expecting a negative... I actually thought the test stick would come back with blood on it, that was how sure I was my period was coming (I had also been wearing pads for 4 days...), and it was immediately positive. I didn't even believe it.
Every other cycle though, I seem to remember a lot of breast tenderness, no cramping, lots of tiredness etc... Basically what you'd expect in an early pregnancy. My symptoms themselves, didn't start until I was 6 weeks, which I found was normal in my pregnancy group.
So at 11DPO, maybe a lack of symptoms is a good thing.
