12 Dpo BFN on IC. Thoughts?

Hi Ladies,

What do you think of this please?

BFN on IC dpo 10, 11 and 12 FMU. For some reason this I Od in cd 18 instead of my normal CD 13-15. I normally have a 28 day cycle and last AF was Jan 14th, so by usual reckoning was due yesterday, but BFN on IC as mentioned above. I've ordered FRER from Amazon with 1 day delivery due to arrive tomorrow, but in the mean time here are my symptoms. I'd love your opinions.

Dpo 1-5 -nothing out of the ordinary
Dpo 6 - ridiculously bloated. Have to change out of my own trousers into DPs jogging bottoms, and even then cannot get comfy unless they are up under my ribcage (not normal)
Dpo 7-10 -BBs itchy and heavy. Blue veins like an ordinance survey map on BBs. Strange cold spot on stomach (feels cold in my head, like I have a hole in my top but warm to touch) pulling sensation when I sneeze in pelvis (not normal) suddenly sneezing a lot. AF cramps really bad - feel sure I'm out for the month. Constantly running to bathroom to check AF, but nothing. Underwear very wet but no sign of any CM. Hungry. BFN on IC with FMU day 10.
Dpo 11 - AF cramprs all day and night. Expect her to be here in morning. Feel sure I'm out. Coke (my favourite drink EVER) suddenly tastes very bitter. Insist DP goes and gets new bottle from different shop, same issue. Taste 3 bottles before I realise it's just me. Most odd. BFN with FMU on IC.
Dpo 12 (today) - still no AF. Cramps have stopped. BFN on IC with FMU. Morning cup of Tea tastes like almonds (disgusting) (my second favourite drink) Starving.

What do you think?

Definitely sounds like you have many promising symptoms hun, especially not enjoying your favorite drinks, that happened to me with this pregnancy, I have my cup of coffee every single morning and all of a sudden I was totally turned off by the thought of drinking it, that's how I knew something was up for sure!!

Keep us posted on your testing, FX'd for you!!

I've had AF cramps, really bad bloating, crazy blue veins allll over my chest, increased cm, lower back pain, tender breasts (I'm talking really tender) and last night I had taco bell and ate 2 bites and gave it to my husband because the lettuce and meat both tasted funny. My friend was eating one (she's 6 months pregnant) and my husband ate mine. Both said it tasted normal. It *definitely* did not. I tested at 8dpo, 9dpo, and 11dpo, bfn with fmu. I'm 12dpo now and AF is due at 15dpo....

I think your symptoms sound promising. xx Maybe we are late testers.

I've read a lot of things about ICs being less sensitive than FRER, even though they are advertised as more sensitive. Are you using ICs sweetmere?

My FRERs are on van for delivery tomorrow (13dpo) so I'm hoping for a result.

All you can do is wait and test a few days I'm afriad. You prob can't tell one way or another for sure. Good luck!

Been TTC since August 2007, and although I read here often (it gives me hope) I've been resisting posting for fear of opening the flood gates

Normally I get absolutely nothing until AF comes, and even then it's only cramps for the first couple of hours, nothing else at all, so this month seems very promising for the first time ever.

Just couldn't help but post for opinions. I just "have a feeling" which I have never had before. Fxd!

If you got a bfp on a frer then I'd call it postive... Can you post a pic

They're more sensitive than ICs xxx

I've tried taking a pic, but all I have is my rubbish phone camera and, as usual, all
I get is blur or glare.

I'm not going to fib, it is faint, but it came up pink straight away, and is still there 2 hours later and DP can see it too, and I can see it from any angle, from normal reading distance away, don't have to squint and hold it up to the light or anything.

Ahhhhhh again. I'm freaking out!

omg yay!!!!! That sounds like a real BFP to me hun I didn't get a BFP on my IC until 2 or 3 days after I got my FRER BFP FRER is definitely the superior test!

I'm overwrought! After so long trying I can't believe I'm so terrified.

I'm waiting to test again on Wednesday before I do anything. I don't dare believe it!

Well ladies, today I woke up really nautseous, and staring bleeding around 7:20.

It's only dark brown blood, and only when I wipe, but with the cramping and the sickness all my hope has gone.

Couldn't face work. Going to sleep.

12dpo and bfn too.. only had mild cramping at 8 & 9dpo.. not sure what was that. Hopefully bfp soon..

Hopefully that's just leftover implantation blood, especially being dark in color, and the nausea is usually a good sign, the onset of morning sickness...we'll be praying for you hun, keep us posted, hope you feel better

Thank BabyHopes. Bleeding has stopped now, but still concerned. Going to test again in the morning (have resisted today) and hope for the best.

Wow!! congratulations hun!!!! I hope i'll get it too. I have a good feeling though but maybe it's just in my head.. We shall see..
