12 week scan question

hi all, i have my 12 week scan on friday and was just wondering i know i have to have a full bladder but does it matter if i have eaten before hand or not? scan is at 2.15 so would like to try to have some lunch before i go so i don't feel too sick, but would this cause any sort of problem? we are both sooooo excited! only 2 more sleeps!

Eating will just make bubs move more which is fine x

yeah eating is fine. they say to have a full bladder as the ultrasound will be clearer with the use of the water in ur bladder.

excellent thankyou, yeah have thought about having some chocolate, but then i would really like to get a good pic, and i keep seeing people saying on here how bubs was moving so much couldn't get a decent picture. oh i dunno

ob would much rather have no picture at all and everything be ok, i am just hoping sooo much that everything is ok!

i had my 12week scan and i ate soup and sandwiches and few other things, and when i went for scan baby doneabout 3 summersalts so its perfectly fine, goodluck xx
