12 week scan this morning!!! so nervous!! HELP

I have my 12 week scan today and ive had no sleep worrying about it! Im terrified of a MMC!
Any thoughts or advice... i would really appreciate x x

All I can say is try to stay calm & be positive. Though I know I'm gonna feel the exact same as you when I have my scan!
