12 week scan tomorrow. So nervous!!

So ive got my 1st scan tomorrow and im worried sick, i dont know why i didnt feel like this with my last pregnancy. I havent been sleeping well and worrying about tomorrow is making me worse. I havent had any early scans so only gone by my bfp and pregnancy symptoms. I keep thinking theres going to be bad news like babys not there or something is wrong. Im going out of my mind, i definately wont be sleeping tonight
