12 week scan

I have my 12 week scan tomorrow. . totally scared and nervous about not seeing heartbeat yolk or sac. literally no symptoms apart from sickness a few days ago.

I had an ultrasound at 8 weeks with my son who is almost 10, I had no symptoms and was pretty sure I wasn't even pregnant.
