12 weeks — any guesses are welcome!!

So this is the image of my 12 weeks scan... i don’t know how to even begin to do any guesses...
would appreciate any input weather it’s nub or skull theory....

Going by the nub id guess girl but im pretty clueless n cant even work my own scan pic out which is on here
