12DPO Anyone?

My DR says zinc is the single most important thing for sperm motility. Lots of zinc in is supplements :) The month I got a bfp (ectopic) was the cycle I started him on zinc. Probably a coincidence but maybe not:)
Yes my husband and I both take Zinc now but only recently. My problem is consistency so I'm cracking down on it now! Are your partners counts & motility normal? or have you had a semen analysis I should ask?

I haven't had one done on him. I have been pregnant twice in one year...although they were both failed..and he has three children from his previous marriage so I'm not too worried. If the problem persists, we would get it checked for morphology maybe. I think it's just a matter of being patient for me :( My losses were unrelated too. Once being an early miscarriage and the other being ectopic...

I also recommend a supplement called Vitanica Pregnancy Prep. Both times I've taken that I got pregnant second cycle...again, could be coincidence, but I'm my only guinea pig so I say it works, lol. I just started up on it again today. You can buy it on Amazon.
