Hi ladies,

Please advise, has anyone had a negative with a clearblue digital at 12dpo and still been pregnant? My periods due on Thursday.. I felt for sure this was my month.. As with previous pregnancies, I've had insomina, less cm than usual, and a day after ovulation I woke in the middle of the night and thought 'i'm pregnant' before falling back asleep lol. I'm so confused, didn't expect it to be negative..

Digitals are not sensitive. I took once at 14dpo and it was negative. I took another one at 18dpo and it was positive. To test with a digital at 12dpo is still a little early. You should test with a regular test first. If you get a positive on that then more than likely you'll get a positive on a digital soon after. When I was pregnant with my son I took two answer tests at 12dpo and they were extremely faint, barely-there-at-all positives. Then at 14dpo I took two clearblue tests and I got the same results. That's when I said "screw it, I'll take a digital" but it was negative so I thought I was out.

I would hold off on the digitals and use a regular test. Once you get a positive on a regular test, you can test with a digital.

Good luck!

i tested with clearblue easy today at 10dpo.. got very very very faint +.. dont know how reliable they are.. baby dust to all

I wouldn't trust a Clearblue test if my life depended on it. :( A girl on here, Sarraharry, got a STRONG positive on one and it was an evap that came up within the time limit. She even took the Clearblue digital and it said "pregnant" but she went to the doctors and she was definitely NOT pregnant. Something is up with Clearblue lately more than ever. I've gotten horrible evaps with blue dye. I would buy a pink dye test and see the results with that. I hope you get your BFP!

Oh I hope so, I don't like not being able to sleep for no reason lol.. The package said the clearblue digital is sensitive and detects 25ml hcg, so I felt like I was totally out but I guess it depends on implantation. I used a clearblue - + to test day of missed period with my son (8 years ago) and it so was faint I could only see the + by holding it up to the sun light.. And with my daughter, i didn't even test, I just knew.. Then a misscarriage 8 months ago I got a + at 12dpo.. I don't like the digitals, seeing the 'NOT PREGNANT' is really harsh. Fingers crossed for everyone!!
