As the title says, OH and I are not sure, and think it may be just the cord...
They wouldn't tell us that early, and may not tell us at the anatomy scan (our town is weird about it, may have to get a 3D scan later to confirm)
Attached is a snapshot of part of the video they gave us. She went really quick over the area, and I just noticed this the other day.
