16 week app? (uk ladies)

So in my doctors surgery you need to try and book ahead so I was going to phone today and book my 16 week app with my midwife but on my notes she has written that she doesnt want to see me next until 28 weeks.....
Do I phone and book anyway?
This is my 2nd child
Im in South Wales if that makes any difference.

I think you should have an appt at 16 and 22 weeks, we do here. Book anyway and pretend you didnt read the notes! 28 weeks is ages away!

I was seen at 16 weeks but just a quick chat and listened to heartbeat. (2nd pregnancy) I was then told the norm 22-25 week wasn't needed for second time pregnancies. At that app the mat1b form is given but MW just said to text her and she'll leave it at reception for me to collect.

Second pregnancies often aren't as many appointment. I was told tho I could have them if wa n red, just not really felt to be needed for 'experienced' women.

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I saw my midwife last week for my 16w appointment. She told me to book in again at 24 weeks.

This is my third pregnancy. I had a 16 week appointment with my midwife and then according to the notes I wasn't due to see her again until 28 weeks but even she said that was a long time in between so she booked me in at 25 weeks. I then see her at 28 weeks too where I have more blood tests.

i just had my 16 week appointment last week. definitely book in with her hun! they need to check your urine and BP and its also the first time many midwives attempt to find the hb on doppler xx

I'm on my second child and I've booked a 16 week appointment with the midwife.

I was told you don't see her as often but 28 weeks seems really far away.
There was a little box in my notes that stated when you see MW with your first and when you should see her with your second xx

I've been for 16 week appt she doesn't want to see me again till 25 weeks but I've got the consultant at 22 weeks anyway

I think its pretty normal for the next apointment to be 25 after the 16 week one as you generally have your scan at 20 weeks xx

After my 16 week appointment she booked me another one for 28 weeks so I guess it's normal x
