17dpo high temps still bfn

Hi there - I'm new here and was hoping someone had been through my current situation.
I have a reg 28 day cycle.
Had spotting at 9dpo.
Lots and lots of CM.
My veins look more pronounced as well.
High temps, which have gone back up to 37.1 this morning (17dpo).
Still BFN.

I'm in total flux because I'm never late. Plus my temps are still high.
Can you realistically have BFN at 17dpo which can then lead to BFP?

I'm getting concerned something might be wrong with me.

If anyone could give me their expert opinion that would be great!

Reading on the boards, I have seen some ladies not get their bfp until a week after AF was due.

Fingers corssed for you and hope you get your bfp soon.

I too have heard of lots of women that only got their BFP much later. FX for you!!! xxx

You can get a BFP later but also you may have OV'd later than usual?

Ooo - what does CD mean??

We used an ovulation kit this time and I actually thought I'd ovulated early - but I couldn't honestly say....
I've never had spotting before and never, ever been late so the lack of positive has left me stumped!
And why would my temps go back up a bit today (from 36.8 to 37.1)? I've got me cm today, too.
Puzzled...

it could take a few more days to turn BFP, but if now go to the docs!
I'm kinda in the same position, I'm CD33 but I'm scared of testing BFN so haven't tested yet. Never knew i had this much willpower! Chin up, you'll get your bfp! x

Hi everyone

I'm new on this board after 18 months of reading lots of posts!

My hubby and I have been TTC for 18 months without success

I had been on BC for 15 years and came off it nearly two years ago. I had crazy cycles for a while but thought they had settled down to a 28 day cycle with Ov on CD14 for the last few.

This month we BDd a lot during CDs 10-15 - and went for an investigative ultrsound on CD16 (planned for ages) and the doctor said it looked like I'd just Ov'd as the ovary looked collapsed. I thought brilliant - lots of sex at the right time. Then didn't start spotting as usual four days before AF due...and began to get excitied. Still no sign of AF on CD28, so did a test the following morning - BFN. Did another one this morning on CD31 - still BFN! And did a quick temp check and they're still high (98.48). Could I be pregnant and get a BFP, or has something gone totally weird with my cycle?!

It's driving me up the wall, so any advice - positive stories would be great!

AHJ - did you get your BFP in the end or did AF come?
