So i have always struggled with back fat... and now that i am pg i feel even more self conscious about it. I belong to 24 hour fitness and love using the incline treadmill but want to see if any of you mommies have any tips on what machines to focus on to help my back and torso weight... of course no belly fat weight loss in mind but don't want to waste my time doing the wrong things at the gym.. thanks for your time!
