1dpo, did smep this month. anyone else?

I want to join too! We did do SMEP this cycle, I did get a +OPK and I'm at 6DPO.

I don't really see any symptoms except I'm super exhausted, I just felt like going home this afternoon and sleep. I never take naps, but I certainly felt like taking one today. I also have been having a sore throat for the last 4 days, but no signs of a cold.

Has anyone else been experiencing a sore throat? Is it even a symptom?

when do you think you will start testing?

well I think I will wait to test on Friday, I'll be 9dpo and I got ultra sensitive hpt. I'm trying not to get my hopes up since this is cycle #16. I'm so use to bfn.

I'm sorry to hear about your m/c. It's never easy. I currently have a co-worker (new found friend ) who just had one at 11 weeks. I'm listening to her when she needs a buddy cuz that's what friends are there for .

I'm gonna test Friday too...I will be 10dpo too but only have regular tests and dollar stores ones! this is only month 5 for me trying but we already have a 2 year old...took us 6 months then but I wasn't as irregular with my cycles...I haven't had a mc, not sure if you were talking to me still or the earlier person that posted it

hoping for lots of bfps!! keep me posted since we are so close in dates!!

I have no idea how to post mine but I spiked today at 8dpo which I was happy about because last month I dropped way low at 8dpo and started spotting for 4 days and temps never went back up before af showed! was hoping that didn't happen again this month...so I at least had that to be happy about at 5:30 this morning hahaha

I have never charted, is a temp spike good after OV??

AF is due October 12th trying so hard to wait until then to test..but i get so anxious and nit picky off every little symptom. Today I am 3dpo and feeling very tired, a bit crampy, and lightheaded. Last time this occurred I got my but sadly lost the baby to a m/c

Anyone else 6dpo today and planning to test on Sunday at 10dpo? I am actually doing ok this TWW but I have not really had any symptoms so that worries me a little. Although with my first 2 BFP I did not have any symptoms till I was already late. I did not keep track both months I got my BFP so I have no idea what dpo I was. I only tested because I just had a gut feeling I was pregnant. Unfortunately those both ended in M/C. Hoping this is our month ladies!!!

yes! a temp spike happens day after ov and then you want your temps to stay high or get higher during the days after ov....18+ days of high temps is usually a pregnancy sign otherwise your temp drops back down right before af comes...sometimes you can also get a drop and spike across two days and that can show an implantation dip! it's crazy what a thermometer can do hahaha

I never temp before, but I'm happy for those who can use that method. Ovulation timing can be a pain if you don't use temp or OPK.

I still use opk because temping doesn't pick up your ovulation til after its happened...last month was day 17 and this month day 15 so def no consistency for me! i had a 39 day cycle in july and my days just havent been regular since we started ttc...I'm going to an RE after this cycle if nothing happens because my ob says no point in waiting second time around any longer if my cycles won't regulate themselves...but still hoping I can cancel that appointment!!

I hope you don't have to use it too! it's a pain but it's nice to know your ov day! instead of guessing after an opk, you have a better idea of the day it was and if you bd on all the right days! I just wish my charts would have me ov on same day every month!
