1st IUI Tomorrow- HELP questions

I am 38 and this is my first cycle with clomid. My husband has motility and morphology issues. We met with an RE and she suggested we try two cycles like this. I went for my folli check and I have one large folli 25 mm. They gave me the trigger shot and scheduled my IUI for the morning. We are dropping off his sample at 7:15 AM (timing he is not so happy about). Everything we read said to abstain 2-5 days before IUI. We had sex on Monday and held off because he was concerned his volume would be low if we didn't wait the maximum days. Now I am reading the instructions that they just gave me today and it said only to abstain for 2 days max!
So confused!
Is this cycle botched?!

I am sure you already have your answer but it is not botched they say 2 days abstinence is ideal to refresh the supply but I am sure it has worked for many with more days many times.
