1st round of ivf at the lwc swansea, can i have blastocyst transfer??

hi everyone,
we're going for the egg share option at the lwc swansea, my question is - as this is our first round of ivf with icsi, would we be able to go on to blastocyst transfer (providing there are enough good quality embies) andd would they be willing to put 2 back in, this will be our only try at ivf and we really want a success and dont mind if both implanted and we were blessed with twins

hi im having private ivf and was able to choose whether we would like one or two and if we want to go to blast where possible, im pretty sure if your nhs you can have 1 if your under 34 and 2 if over 34 im not sure about blastocyst culture though, because your egg sharing i would think yes you could because your paying for it x

I did eggsharing with Care and your still classed as private so yes you can opt for two to transfer.. They may advise you on one but its your choice as its private treatment.

We didnt go to blast as we had two lovley strong embroys and two ok but not as good so we did a 3day transfer with two lovely embroys and as you can see we have one little figher on board.

oh lovely thanks, yes it is private and really dont mind if we fell pregnant with twins, i would def preffer that than nothing.xx
