1st time pregnant with pcos left ovary pain

Hi, I just discovered I am pregnant via hpt 2 days ago which makes me 4 weeks and 6 days. I've been having a cramping sensation on my left ovary it doesn't really hurt, i can definitely feel it. I'm worried because this is my first pregnancy. I was diagnosed with pcos and got pregnant on this first round of clomid. I find that I cannot really be excited because I am so afraid that something will go wrong. My first doctor appt is tomorrow to confirm the pregnancy. Did anyone else experience ovarian cramping on one side? ( this is the ovary I ovulated from)

Hi I am in the same boat. I too have PCOS. I am 4w4d today (got my BFP today) and I have some pain on my right ovary which I ovulated from. While I am happy, I am also anxious. Had a CP last year at around 6w. I am meeting my doctor tomorrow but I dont know if she will prescribe an u/s as yet. Good luck please keep me posted and I will do the same. FX that everything is ok with both of us.
