I decided to take a temping holiday this month...and I'm wishing I hadn't because now I'm so confused!
I had a blazing positive OPK on CD12, negative on CD13. FF thinks I O'd on CD13. I usually O a day or two after my fertile CM has dried up. I'm feeling bloated and my boobs are a bit tender on the sides today, typical post-O signs for me.
So here's where it gets confusing. I randonly decided to take my temp this morning (CD16) and it was really low, like 36.17. My luteal phase temps are usually above 36.5 as you can see in the chart overlay.
Either I haven't O'd yet, OR I O'd but the progesterone is rising more slowly or my temp isn't responding to the progesterone increase.
Thoughts?
I thought not temping would be less stressful but I was wrong!
