2 Days late BFN

I am like freaking out right now. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had surgery to remove some of the scar tissue. AF is NEVER late. I am now two days late and got a BFN last night. I was reading some things (which for me is never a good idea) and found out it might be an ectopic pregnancy because that would throw out a BFN and those are usually caused by endometriosis. I was having a lot of symptoms a couple weeks ago (look back at my other thread). I don't know what to think or what to do. I need reassurance haha
