20 week scan today and am soooooo nervous!!!

Hi all, so I've got my 20 week scan today and am soooooo nervous!! Dnt know why but I always get nervous before a scan, been feeling him move on and off for a couple of weeks but I still worry that something will be wrong!! He hasnt been as active the last few days which is maybe making me more scared! I just hope everything is ok, it's not until 1.50pm which is another 5 and a half hours away, arrgghh please time go quick xx

Good luck hun, I am sure everything will be fine, I have had 2 scans now and been nervous before and I am sure i will be before my 20 week one. Try not to worry to much and enjoy seeing your little boy again

Nerves are normal - it's just proof that your heart and mind has become mummy-ish! I'm sure everything will be perfect. It's unfortunate that you have an afternoon scan as it prolongs the anxiety lol

Well I had my scan and everything is just perfect!!!! My little boy wouldn't keep still and was kicking and punching like nobodies business. Lol even my mum said to me can you feel that and I was like errr no, turns out I have an anterior placenta so I gather that's why I only feel little light kicks every so often. It was truly amazing, roll on June so i can meet my little man xx

Good for you! I have an anterior placenta as well and have felt some things but nothing very strong yet either

I feel him most days but just gentle kicks but I dnt mind as long as I feel at least something small everyday lol xx
