20 weeks, please help read this U/S

At 20 weeks, the u/s tech hasn't explained much, just said it's a girl. All I could recognize in the pic is the spine and probably the right femur.

does it look like a girl to you? if yes, what's the swollen structure in the middle? it looks like a pee pee to me rather than a clitoris.
