21 Weeks, just stopped progesterone, scared

I was prescribed progesterone (Cyclogest) and aspirin after 1 mmc and 2 mc, all unexplained.
They said I was to be on them till at least 12 weeks maybe 20 maybe more. So when I had my 1st appt with the obstetrician (not the person who prescribed them to me) I asked him and he said to take them up to 20 weeks.
Well I took them till I ran out last night.

Now I'm terrified something is going to go horribly wrong. This baby isn't much of a kicker yet, so I don't really have much to ease my mind.

Has anyone else come off them this late and everything been fine?

hi hun, didnt want to read and run, but sorry i have no experience with this, but i really hope all will be perfect and u have done as best as u can on ur obs advice, just keep an eye on things and if ur ever worried contct ur mw or the hosp to get checked xx

Im in the same situation. I'm only 14 weeks and my doctor told me to go ahead and stop taking them. I'm not really scared anything will happen because about this time the placenta takes over and you dont produce as much progestrone.

hi hun i stopped my cyclogest at 14 weeks and remember with luisa i was so scared of stopping.. the cyclogest makes up for a lacking hormone that is needed in first 3 months so stopping at 20 should be fine xx

i remember stopping my clexane injections with luisa the day before i was induced and being terrified then too but she was finr xxx

I think maybe it turned into a bit of a cure all. As I'm sure that's what kept this pregnancy going. I know in my heart of hearts that the placenta has taken over by now. It's just scary.
I'm still worrried, but I know you worry about them from the very second you find out they exist.
I just wish I was feeling more movement from bubs. I do feel him/her every day but it's not really strong movements like a lot of ladies speak of having around this time.
