oh yes!
ive just had the week off work on sick because ive been literally unable to manage a few hours out of bed!
Doctor said it was a virus but ive rested up all week and i actually feel a lot better today.
go to doctors and they will tell you to rest, then you can have time off work paid ( because its pregnancy related) x
For me, the tiredness is from the difficulty of getting a good night of sleep And I can't seem to walk long distances anymore, I just have to sit down and rest otherwise I start getting cramps and aches
Me to im always so tired! Im trying to cut back on my hours in a day because when I do a 12 hour shift I spend the next day in bed, I nap every afternoon I can. I think its to do with the amount of times i get up in the night also.
JZW - I have noticed that too when walking.. its a pain lol as I love to go out walking with my dogs and now have to make sure I choose my walks better lol
Re not getting a good nights sleep, not for a long time have I slept well (since my dad died to be honest as it was early hours in the night) so I am used to waking up a lot, but now that you mention it I do seem to wake up more of find my quality of sleep is not as good...
Oh bless you, this ismy worry that I llfeel exhausted again soon and I've done nothing in preparation for lil lady.. We have a spare room which needs decorating and emptying! The thing is my hubby is in no rush to get it sorted either lol.. I hope yu have another boost soon xxx
Yeah iv just cut 5 hours off of my work week so I'm doin 1 12 hr shift and 4 7 hours instead of 2 12 hrs and 3 7 hours, just can't handle it any more!xx
I seem to have periods when I'm totally shattered and then some when I'm full of energy.. long days out leave me wrecked the day after but I'm still going for good 2 hour dog walks (an hour if I take DD in the pushchair!), I have to make sure I eat before I leave though as otherwise I go all wobbly half way round!
If i go for a long walk or trip round the shops i am literally exhausted after and can barely move from all the aches and pains! Also feeling the tiredness creeping back now, slept for 12 hours last night and swear i could sleep for 12 more.
It is so good to know it is not just me as my friends seem to think I should be full of energy and blossoming as I am in the "easy" stage of pregnancy lol
I feel better knowing its not just me. Im sure my husband thinks I make out I feel worse than I do. Working full time is exhausting! Im lucky as a teacher that I'll be off for the summer holidays soon.
