Ist - 10.14lbs - induced at 9 days overdue
2nd - 10.1lbs - induced on due date
Probably would have been the same or maybe 2nd would be bigger as he is slightly bigger than the 1st was on the charts now.

Lily was 9lb 3 on her due date, Jack was 8lb 5 2 weeks early so would have been bigger if he stayed the distance

good thread i was thinking the same thing. my first was 8lb 15, sooo scared this one will be bigger (altho she was a week late and i ate like a pig) will be doing everything i can to get this one out early and also have been eating better my fingers are crossed. Altho i have heard bigger babies are easier to deliver, im my case with my first this was true i was only in labour a hour!! xx

My 1st was 5lb 8oz at 35+2 (induced as had PET). This baby is estimated at 6lb at 34 weeks and is on the larger side apparently. 90 percentile according to a scan at 34 and 36 weeks!! Will see when bubs is born but now at 37 +4 so will be bigger anyway as I'm full term

I think in general it does work that the 2nd is bigger but not always, my third and fourth were smaller than my 1st and 2nd.

1st - 7lb 5 at 36 weeks

2nd - 7lb 14 at 37 weeks

3rd - 5lb 11 at 36 + 6

4th - 6lb 13 at 37+6

To be fair though Lylah was sooo much easier to push out as I had more to bear down on if that makes sense.

so not true in my case but they do say that girls weigh about 10oz lighter than boys on average.
