Hey ladies..
I've been coming on this site and reading threads for quite some time now, but didn't join until this morning.
My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year now. I can't say we've been really trying the whole time, but we haven't been preventing. I'd say 8-9mos out of the past year we've actually tried.
Anyway, I have never been pregnant. I have a family history of hypothyroidism but when I went to the doctor, my results came up normal. My mom is convinced they're just not giving me the right tests bc hers used to come up normal until she found the right one. Her "right" doctor prescribed her Clomid and a whopping 7 years later she was pregnant. She lost the first two babies and I was number 3.
Anyway, i feel like I've done everything possible except going to the doctor. I take plenty of vitamins, I've been taking my BBT for about 10 months (ovulation, for me is not very consistent which is part of the problem) and I'm just really frustrated.
Has anyone experienced anything like this and still got a BFP? Where should I even get a doctor if that's what I need? (Do I just go to my GP for a referral?)
Thanks ladies... I'm feeling super discouraged at this point.
