Hello, I know this has probably been posted before so sorry in advance
My little boy Harvey, is 27 months old he's not really talking, he will ramble to himself a lot in his own little language, he will say a few words, like night night, bye bye, out (when we're going out), daddy and sometimes mummy.
I've had the health visitor, visit us three times since his 2 year check up, she came today and want to refer him to see a paediatric doctor who a language therapist.
I'm really concerned, I keep comparing my son to my friends children who seem to be doing so much more then Harvey.
I work full time so my husbands parents care for harvey when I'm in work, the health visitor advised I put him in nursery where he will be round other children.
I don't know really what advice I'm looking for, just perhaps stories of other parents who have maybe been through this, to put my mind at ease. I'm worried sick
Thanks Natalie x
