28 weeks pregnant and get braxton hicks at night mainly or when I need to pee

So I always get my bh at night! Or when I need to pee even a little

Anyone else have this? X

i started getting some pretty intense bh starting at 25 weeks. They keep getting more powerful. Especially at night. The doc said its normal as long as they are not painfull or consistant. He also said that they will come more at night but i cant rmember why lol. But im right there with you so dont worrie xx

It was the same with me, starting at 24 weeks. I didn't know they were BH back then though. My dr said its when you have a busy day or haven't had enough water during the day that they will be more frequent. I know some moms try to limit their water after like 6pm so they don't have to pee in the night but I don't think that's the best advice.
