Hi, my DD will be 2 in 6 weeks so I'm looking for ideas on what to get for her birthday. She is very typically girly, into dolls, massively into Frozen etc.
She got a play kitchen for Christmas and some happyland sets - castle and cottage.
What were your lo's into between age 2 and 3? :flower:

My dd favorite at the age were doctor sets, play doh and music things.

2 is a great age for exploring art materials (markers, crayons, paint, playdoh, et cetera). Books are great as well. Leo is 21 months right now and loves listening to short board books. Violet at 2 was listening to long story books. It's also a good age for Duplo. Violet loved Duplo at that age and Leo enjoys it to a lesser degree as well. He may like it more by the time he's 2. Puzzles are also good for some two year olds.

At that age my daughter liked playdoh, dolls, pretend shop set, simple jigsaws, crafts and matching games :)

At 2 my DD1 loved her dolls house, play kitchen and tent. Duplo is good, as are stickle bricks and other construction type toys.

My ds1 had his first scooter at that age although he couldn't ride it properly for a while. He was also massively into fireman Sam at that age so he had a few random things simply connected to him. We also started doing arts and crafts as pp said but it would have been quite basic to begin with.

My daughter is 2 this Saturday. She's also girly and loves fairies and frozen. She's got a large water doodle mat, Elsa dress, Doc McStuffins pop up counting book, a tea set and we'll take her to build a bear
