2nd scan this morning- so frightened

, hi girls have my 2nd scan this morning & i've had a terrible night trying to get to sleep as i've had so many bad dreams.
I had some spotting & had my first scan 2 weeks ago, but they couldn't find anything so i'm being re-scanned today -I feel sick.
The only thing thats keeping me sane at the mo is the forum because you're all so supportive & I know a lot of you know what I'm going through.

, hi everyone sorry for the late reply, thank you all for your kind thoughts.
Well after what felt like forever they finally found my little bean & its heartbeat, after the past couple of weeks its the best thing i've ever seen!
Hopefully now I can relax & enjoy my pregnancy -although DH is sure I'll find something else to worry about!
