3 days late on Mirena??

I have had my Mirena a year this month and since I got it I have had a regular period each month now this month I'm 3 days late I keep having cramps like I should be bleeding but nothing!! And my cm looks like snot it is so weird!! I took a $1 test yesterday evening and I swore there was a shadow line I told my husband it was bfn but for him to check it out he to my surprise says I swear I see something babe. So I plan on getting a frer asap has anyone experienced this or known anyone who has? I read a lot of stories of people pregnant on this
