3 days old and vomits after feeding

Is it normal for my 3 day old to be spitting up so much after each feeding? It almost feels like he feeds really well and then vomits it all back up again!!

Is this normal?

Spitting up after feeds is normal. As long as it doesn't seem to be hurting him and he's gaining weight I wouldn't worry. He should outgrow it as he gets older and his digestive system matures.
