3 girls, last baby on the way. Could this be our boy?!

Still don't really get how this works, could someone explain it please.
DH has a daughter and I have a son, we have 2 little girls together. This baby #5 and our last one and DHs chance for a son. What do you ladies think?

Hmmm, I think I would be guessing boy for you Thats possibly a stacked boy nub angled off of the bottom of the baby

Hi hun, what gestation were you measured at during your scan? I agree it looks like possible stacking (= ) but hard to tell for definite.
