3 months after mc and still in pain (sorry for the TMI)

This is quite a long winded message but wondered if anyone else had this...I had a mc 3 months ago (I found out at my scan it had died at 8w 5d). Since then I've had a constant bloody discharge and pain. My doctor gave me antibiotics for a week and it all cleared up for 2 weeks. I had sex and it started again. I did appear to have a normal period within the last month but the bloody discharge continued. My doctor took a swab last week to look for infections etc but all it showed up was thrush (I had no common thrush symptoms). I took a pill for it and the bloody discharge stopped but I've still got the pain. I'm scheduled for a scan in 2 weeks to see if that shows anything up. I did have a smear today and the nurse said it looked sore and tender inside 😔 sorry for TMI but wanted to know if anyone else has had all this. Many thanks!!
