Hi ladies! I get married 3 months tomorrow!
I !!NEED!! to loose as much weight as i can. I have been putting it off, having no 'Willpower', obviously thinking it will fall off on its own...Well it HASNT!:dohh:

I have PCOS aswell, so I know it can be a little bit more difficult...

I have tried slimming world, weight watchers etc.... I found that they just havent worked!

So any advice?? I am registered at the gym and I WILL be going as much as i can until the wedding,,..any advice on what to do at the gym....I.E.. 30 mins tredmilll etc...
What to start off with, I ideally would like to shrink my Bingo wings, stomach/hips, and thighs..

I need inspiration, advice and alot of people being mean to be kind:blush:

:flower::flower: Also a diet buddy??:blush:

Hi

focus on inch rather than pound loss, youe body can change ALOT more through losing inches. i only lost 6lb but lost 21" inches yet look miles slimmer.

Personally i wouldnt hit the treadmill, id opt for HIIT training & weights.

Can get personal trainer at gym to help?

Dumb question..(really i live upto being blonde!) but what is HIIT training...:blush:

Yes but its VERY expensive! I can get a training programme, but its a general one for everybody and doesnt involve a trainer, think its just a cd.

High intenisty interval training.
Basically do cardio session then do 1min (whatever you want) giving 200% then rest for 1min but keep.moving repeat again if you want or go back your cardio then repeat again in 15mins fab cal burner.

Ahhh not surprized really but if could afford a few im sure they would givd yoy best info based on where your at at the moment :)

If you are desperate have you thought about the cambridge diet? its expensive though but very effective, i lost 6st in 5m on that years ago and kept it off until pregnancy.

that is very intense though and not for the faint hearted.

alternatively try the dukan diet ive lost 1 stone in 2 weeks so far. ive posted another thread in here about it so let me no in there if youd like more info on it :)
