Went for my 30 week visit, bug wasn't moving and her heart rate was fluctuating but was low. Was sent over to the hospital all to find out I have borderline low fluid levels. I guess I should score at least a 10 and instead it's in between 6/7. So I have to have an AFI ultrasound on Thursday to see if the levels go up down or stay the same 😞

I don't have any personal experience with what you're going through, so I won't be much help with any advice. But, I'm so sorry for the worry and stress I'm sure you're experiencing. I hope you get some reassuring news soon! :hugs:

Ashleypauline I don't have any experience with what you're going through but wanted to give my support. Stay positive, and let's hope that they can provide your results soon. :hugs:

:hugs: :hugs: Rest as much as you can hun and drink a lot of water.. that can sometimes help your fluid levels go up :hugs:

I'm trying to do that, im just scared that they will drop more then Shell have to come early

I had this the last pregnancy ..... My levels were at. 5.5 for the last 11 wks, I had to go for NST 2xwk to check baby stress levels, and had ultrasounds every 1-2wks..... Surprisingly I went into actual labor on my duedate ( I was set up for Induction on my DD because of low fluid, but woke the night before in labor on my own ) nobody thought I'd make it anywhere near..... But I did have preterm labor contractions at 28wks and they were stopped withIV , that's when we found out my fluids were low..... Not sure if that's what caused it but I was also working on my ft a lot ..... Just try to rest as much as possible and drink as many fluids as u can, being dehydrated will make the situation worse :/ if you have any questions let me know!! Sorry you have to go through this:( I know how nerve wracking it is..... If ur ever worried just go straight to the hospital to get checked.... I was in there every other wk, it's much better safe than sorry..... The one thing I did experience was a ton of stomach pains.... That always had me taking trips to triage.... But turns out its mainly because when you have low fluid there isn't much cusion between baby and your body..... So baby is literally jabbing/squishing your organs..... Fun times..... I had enlarged kidney and bladder issues for a yr after because of all the constant pressure from baby and no fluid.....
One thing you might want to look into is digestive issues with baby....our son was born with severe reflux/ulcers/projectile vomiting / weight loss.....our ped GI specialist said that low fluid can at times be a marker for digestive issues and someone should have pointed it out to us so we could have had an idea it was a possibility .....

Sorry to hear your having a worrying time, i can relate to that as I have the opposite issue, one of my twins has too much amniotic fluid and has dropped from 48th percentile for growth to the 27th - he could possibly have a swallowing issue. Thankfully his vitals were ok, he's still active too. I go back in on xmas eve for another scan to see what is going on, i'll be 34+3 on xmas eve.

Hopefully we both can keep cooking and have 2015 babies! x
