33 weeks and burping!

So I have noticed recently that when I burp it all tastes the same. I know, TMI and gross! Did you ever eat like a vegatarian Boca burger or Morning Star Farms burger and then burp after? That is what it tastes like. I wonder if something may be wrong? I have had horrendous heartburn as well, which is to be expected at this point, but this taste is just weird to me. I eat Tums like candy (not to exceed the daily limit though) and I am starting to wonder if I am doing some harm somewhere...
