33 weeks and no name,

Thanks, I am a little dissapointed that Luca doesn't work with the surname because it is the ONLY name I have suggested that hubby has said he really likes too :(

Hubby likes Archie but just isn't sure.
I do like Alex still, just wanted something a little different. Blake is an odd one because that BB celeb called her son Blakely but to me Blake sounds more masculine and strong but it's never been top of our list, just a name we thought of early on that we haven't dismissed. x

....So I am leaning towards Blake again now but Brandon is going crazy and saying Archer is all he likes!!! I might have to consider giving this little one two middle names as I am certain that Thomas has to be part of it out of respect for my Grandad. x

I do like Archie but I don't think it sounds as good with our surname.
I think we MAY go for .........Blake Thomas Archer Lee, I'm not normally one for double middle names but it may be our only solution!!

What do you ladies think? Anyone else had to use two middle names? x

Ok, so one other suggestion!!! ...........Hubby is not quite so keen on it because he doesn't like the shortened version but it is a name I REALLY like

Raiden? I said about it to a friend today and the reason why hubby doesn't like it and she said that people wouldn't call him Ray unless we introduced him as it..what do you think?

If this name is not popular IT IS going to be Blake btw! x

Honestly hun, personally i don't like it, i'm not keen on Blake but prefer Blake to Raiden.

I think it is very likely it will get shortened to Ray, even if you ask for it not to be when he is young, when he's older, his friends probably will.

x

i vote achie lol seeing as i have a brandon and an archie LOL my brandon is brandon liam though :)

Update.....hubby is getting ready to call baby IT cause he just isn't content with our list options, yet I thought we were getting somewhere! I still think it will be Blake or if Brandon gets his way, Archer although both my mother and mother in law have asked if it is actually a name lol! I have begged hubby to consider Raiden as I LOVE it but he wont budge............

He likes Jackson but I have several reasons for not wanting this name, firstly, someones dog was called it on the tv recently, secondly, it sounds more like a surname than Blake or Archer, thirdly, people will think of Michael Jackson who hubby always calls a peado, and lastly, people will probably just call him Jack anyway! ..and Jax sounds like Ajax!....so I think I have enough reasons to dismiss it personally unlike his blatant refusal to go along with my name choices which quite frankly is beginning to upset me :(

Thanks for reading x

I really like Alex (though he may be called Alexander by mistake) and Blake.

Thank you for all your help ladies, after lots of debate during my entire pregnancy, hubby and I decided to call our little man Blake Thomas Lee when he arrived safely at 37 + 4 monday 8th November. Took us another 5 minutes after his birth and the midwife helped us by saying this was the name she liked too :)

Best wishes, and lot's of luck with all your baby naming! x
