33 weeks and pressure

this isn't all the time btw nor is it constant, just comes and goes but for the last week maybe my 'bits' have had so much pressure... sometimes so much it's doubled me over. no sooner has it come than it's gone. anybody else get this? is it normal? this is my 2nd baby, don't know if that makes a diff? i do have spd/pgp but have never felt that kind of pain/pressure before?
