39 and trying to conceive!

Hi all

I am 39 years old, I have PCOS, and I have very irregular periods, and overweight since about 35 years old.

I have successfully had a baby following IVF treatment, and one from a Clomid cycle. However, these were in my 20's.

I have an appointment with a clinic in January, I haven't been to one for years.
